-Established in 1970, Luoyang Gucheng Machinery Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise integrating Iron casting by DISA Vertical Process, Aluminum casting by Gravity and Low Pressure Process and Parts machining.

The company′s leading products are Chassis System (brake caliper, brake support, steering knuckle), Engine System(engine block, engine cover, intake manifold and so on), Transmission System(forkshift, control arm), and High-speed rail, subway track shock absorber castings and other products. Product material grade of iron castings covers: FCD400, FCD450, FCD500, QT550-6/10, QT600-3; FC150, FC200 and FC250; GGV 30 and so on; Product material grade of aluminum castings grade covers A356, A356.2, AlSi10Mg and so on.

Capacity and Future Invest Plan:

1) Iron Casting: 100, 000T/Y for now; Till 2025 our capacity will inrease by 48, 000T/Y

2) Aluminum Casting by Gravity Process: 4, 800 T/Y for now; Till 2025 our capacity will inrease by 4, 800T/Y

3) Aluminum Casting by Low Pressure Process: 10, 000 T/Y for now; Till 2025 our capacity will inrease by 25, 200T/Y

4) Machining: 3 million PCS/year; Till 2025 our capacity will inrease by 100 million PCS/year.

-The company has been certified to ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001.

-R&D Capacity: 20 process designing engineers and 6 product designing engineers. Development softwares include Magma, Flow 3D, UG, CATIA, etc.
